Qualify your outbound links to Google

A change in how you can qualify your outbound links towards Google has hit the SEO world. Formerly known as rel=”nofollow”, if you don’t want to be associated with a website, now paid links and advertisements can marked as rel=”sponsored” and thirdly, rel=”ugc” is for user-generated content like comments. What this means remains to be seen. Google says, those new qualifications are hints for the algorithm.
